How long does printing take?

Most orders take 3–5 business days from approval. This includes printing, inspection, and packing. Rush orders are available on request — just ask!
Can I choose my color?

Yes! We carry a wide range of PLA colors. Just mention your preference in your order or custom request form, and we'll make it happen.
Do you accept custom designs?

Absolutely! Send us your STL file, describe your idea, or upload an image and we'll build it. We'll review printability and send you a quote before we start printing.
What's your return policy?

Since all prints are made to order, we don't accept returns. However, if there's a quality issue, we'll absolutely reprint it for you at no charge.
